Do not go anywhere else to have keys made. They are the best. Marsha is the best of the best. They made two hard-to-find keys for me, and the price was more than fair. I drove to three other hardware stores and wound up here. Best place for keys.

Great experience - just needed a deadbolt lock rekeyed, but had trouble getting anyone else to answer or call me back (or else said they didn't do residential work). Brought the lock in, back out in ~10 minutes. Friendly and professional, reasonable price.

They gots rock salt and ice melt. They are not far from my house. The people that work there are polite and helpful. But it legit feels like that show Hoarders when you go inside. It is a small space and it is crammed with odd inventory, most of which is covered in dust. But if you had time and wanted to go see products that you never knew existed, (like the device that helps you put your socks on without bending over) this might be your place. Also it is possible to get in and get out quickly if you just ask an employee for help. Honestly I kind of like the place.

It's unique...in a good way. It doesn't lend itself to browsing like a Loew's or Home Depot, the shelves are too full of merchandise to find things on your own. But the staff is extremely knowledgeable and knows where everything is. They're also great for finding parts for old & obscure applications. Very much like an old fashioned hardware store.
